This project will involve procuring and loaning an appropriate device (e.g. tablet, laptop, data allowance device) and providing a three-month allowance of data to existing ESF participants. Applications are sought from consultants / organisations with a knowledge of digital solutions, to assist the project to decide on best specification of devices and supply said devices.
