## Notice

The Contract is awarded to Source Partnership Consulting Limited on the basis that the evaluation panel agreed to award their tender submission a 75% score (48% out of 60% for quality and 27% out of 40% for cost). All tenders were submitted via the ProContract e-tendering system. The opportunity was sent out via ProContract on 26 April 2017 and all five organisations on the Framework were invited to submit a tender. Four suppliers submitted their tenders by the 18 May 2017 deadline.
