Its anticipated Norwich City Council will wish to deliver approximately 30 'New' site schemes over a 5-year period starting in year 2017 completing by year 2022/23. The numbers will be subject to change at the discretion of the Norwich City Council. There will be 25-75% split in the budget allocation over the 5-year period proportioned against 'New' systems and 'Upgrade' of our current stock respectively.
