The design works are complete to a RIBA 4 and the successful contractor is required to undertake necessary due diligence for architectural, civil engineering, MEP engineering, landscaping to allow construction of the works. The construction works shall comprise site works including site access roads, earthworks, enabling works, statutory services connections to existing, access roads, car parks, landscaping and drainage. The works shall include the construction of a high quality three storey office facility and 8 light industrial units across 2 blocks.
