## Summary

The Merseyside Police - Procurement Department is currently managing the "Maintenance Framework" project, aimed at selecting a single provider to offer comprehensive maintenance services across multiple lots, including building, mechanical, and electrical works. This procurement falls under the "works" category and has a planned contract period starting from April 1, 2018, to March 31, 2023. The total value of the contract is £5,500,000, with a minimum value of £3,000,000. The procurement process employs a selective method and is currently at the Award stage, with the contract already awarded to Graham Asset Management Ltd on January 3, 2018. Key services include reactive repairs and proactive servicing critical for the operational efficiency of police facilities, based in Liverpool (L1 8JX). The tender period ended on September 4, 2017.

This framework presents significant opportunities for businesses in the construction and maintenance sectors, particularly for those specialising in building alteration work, mechanical installations, and repair and maintenance services. Companies capable of handling reactive and proactive maintenance for police facilities—especially those with a strong track record in delivering rapid response services—will find this venture well-suited to their expertise. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to explore participation in similar future tenders, fostering business growth through public sector contracts.

## Notice
