Build steps using treated wooden oak sleepers as per plan, each step down to be laid on a lean dry mix foundation no less than 100mm deep. Car Park Area: Supply and install pedestrian / access gate [approx. 12ft wide] to fenced area and make good / repair fence either side. Gate should be same height / type as the existing "orchard/burial ground" pedestrian gate.
