This procurement is for Phase 3 only. Phase 3, Demonstration Projects may be funded up to a total of PS7.5m per project, drawing from a fund of PS17.8m set aside for this Phase. Phase 3 is open to projects that have successfully emerged from Phase 2 but is also open to applicants who are new to the competition and are prepared to undertake a demonstration project because they have already completed equivalent feasibility work.
