The works form part of a wider refurbishment programme which includes minor changes to the layout of the Hall, including a new, larger kitchen facility and new IT bar. The refurbished site will be used to provide a hub for a wide range of employment, public health and community services. The works will include, but are not limited to: refurbishment and installation of new air handling plant; drainage modifications to kitchen; replacement of existing sanitary ware; installation of a new incoming water meter and a hot water storage tank; electrical/lighting works; and extension of the existing fire alarm system. The works will ned to be carried out in accordance with the attached MEP specification prepared by Hurley Palmer and Flatt.
