The successful supplier(s) will be required to deliver retail purchase data and insight relating to consumer demand, and deliver the most efficient service for all parties as well as ensuring value for money for levy payers is provided. Lot One - Meat Purchase Data Lot Two - Dairy Retail Purchase Data and Insight AHDB current contract is due to expire in April 2023. HCC and QMS current contracts are due to expire in November 2023. It is expected that the contract will start from April 2023 with HCC and QMS mobilising in November 2023. AHDB, QMS and HCC need a selection of core and optional data requirements. The Core data requirement "Primary Red Meat" will be utilised by all parties (AHDB, QMS and HCC) the Optional data requirements will be utilised by individual parties depending on budget availability and organisational need. The basic measures required will consist of the following as a minimum: - Value - Volume - Price - Buyers - Volume per buyer The optional data requirements will consist of: - The addition of processed red meat - The addition of all other red meat products (e.g. added value, ready meals etc) - The addition of a view of poultry and fish "Meat, Fish & Poultry" view - Advanced measures e.g. switching data and promotion data - More granular detail for cuts/products (colour coded as optional in document titled 'Meat Data requirements' - desirable data splits are used on more of an ad-hoc basis). - Data split by tiers - Data split by region - England, Scotland and Wales - Data split by demographic e.g., age, social class etc. - Read of meat-free market e.g., meat alternatives, vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian e.g., meat and veg - Read of total grocery and key categories for comparison e.g.ambient goods, fresh fruit & veg, chilled etc - Build in existing segmentation Additional information: Suppliers Instructions How to Express Interest in this Tender and respond to the opportunity 1.
