Projects will include 2D deposition of: biologically relevant materials onto a variety of substrates, living cells, sensor structures; and 3D printing of: scaffolds for cell attachment, structures for implantation into animal models, bioreactors. In order to achieve these objectives we require the capability to achieve the following requirements, either in isolation or in some combinations: a sterile environment, ability to control the relative humidity, ability to provide moisture free and oxygen free environments, be capable of providing a GLP (good laboratory practice) environment for medical device fabrication.
