## Notice

The extent of the works is as described in the sub-clauses below, shall include but are not limited to the following: Boiler plant installation Low pressure hot water heating systems modifications. Hot water calorifier installation. Hot & cold water service modificaitons. Stripping out. Electrical services to suit the new systems. Builders & Structural Work to suit the new system Modifications. Flue installations. Oil service modifications Controls systems, building management systems. Thermal Insulation. Testing and commissioning. Operation & Maintenance Manual and log book production. The Contractor shall produce and submit to the Contract Administrator written Risk Assessments and Method Statements for the works. The Contractor shall ensure all operatives and sub-contractor personnel read the site asbestos survey.
