However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Architectural Practices and a standard selection questionnaire (SSQ) is available for completion on line. Architectural services under this framework may include retainers as small as PS50k capital value and up to PS35 million (excluding VAT and fees) for new build, PS30 million for refurbishments. During the term of the framework the maximum capital value will increase in line with construction inflation.
