Wirral Growth Company is a proposed Joint Venture between Wirral Borough Council and a private sector partner. This contract will seek to support the delivery of the Growth Company's objectives - and the wider regeneration ambitions of Wirral Council - through the creation of high-quality, professional marketing materials to promote the borough at the MIPIM UK property conference in October. A key element of the work will be the development of a shared narrative of place, a story which sells the borough and its benefits to potential investors and key target sectors. Alongside this, refreshed photography and print / digital promotional materials are required to present the borough as a desirable investment location.
