Specifically, this includes: * Removal of existing felt roof coverings, insulation and roof-lights * Demolition of a roof mounted tank room * New warm roof with standing seam aluminium roof sheets laid to a shallow pitch * New roof lights * Lightweight steel framing system to support site assembled roof panels * Alterations to hall windows * New fascia, gutters and external downpipes * Below ground connections to existing drainage * Alterations to existing M & E fittings.
