The purpose of this soft market engagement exercise is to: * gauge interest in this opportunity * inform Council's commissioning intentions * help determine our procurement strategy and approach * identify innovative ideas that can improve our local provision * identify options to make the service more sustainable * inform the development of our service specification This initial process is intended as early market engagement only. Telford & Wrekin Council would like to hear views, suggestions and proposals from interested Providers as part of this early market engagement exercise. If you wish to respond, please complete Soft Market Testing Questionnaire attached, and email to Martyna.migas@telford.gov.uk by no later than 12 noon on 1st October, 2020. This is not the commencement of any formal procurement process and the Council is not committed to carrying out such a process.
