The provision of temporary accommodation will be provided through a private sector leasing (PSL) scheme. The contract is separated into two lots: Lot 1 - A Block Contract arrangement for a prescribed number of leased, furnished properties required for the life of the contract. Lot 2 A Framework agreement to provide additional capacity of furnished accommodation purchased on an ad hoc basis subject to demand The Contract will be managed by the Temporary Accommodation Team. Suppliers are encouraged to return submissions for both lots. The duration of both the Framework Agreement and the Block Contract will be 4 years. BCC will be using its e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
