Off Campus but within the locality we operate one catered residence, a further cafe and sports pavilion kitchen. Based on MEAT, (the most economically advantageous solution) the UOL will establish a framework with two (2) or more suppliers, for the provision and delivery (as per the Delivery Schedule Document) of delicatessen style products. Such as cooked meats, cheeses and prepared salads and fillings, delivered directly to specified sites. The UOL estimated annual spend for this category is circa PS300k pa.
