The University of Leeds (UOL), Facilities Directorate (FD) operates a diverse portfolio of services to around 33,000 students, 7,000 staff and visitors Catering on the main Campus is serviced through a Refectory, Central Production Unit (CPU), 12 Cafe's, a function suite and a busy delivered event service. Off Campus but within the locality we operate one catered residence, a further cafe and sports pavilion kitchen. Based on MEAT, (the most economically advantageous solution) the UOL will establish a framework with two (2) or more suppliers, for the provision and delivery (as per the Delivery Schedule Document) of delicatessen style products. Such as cooked meats, cheeses and prepared salads and fillings, delivered directly to specified sites. The UOL estimated annual spend for this category is circa PS300k pa.
