## Notice

The estimated annual value of the tender, excluding VAT, is approximately PS124,000. Consideration to tenants will be critical, therefore the Successful Contractor will need to demonstrate its experience in completing similar work successfully, of working in occupied houses and dealing with vulnerable people. This will need to be demonstrated in the 6. CCS Qualification Questionnaire. If Cobalt isn't satisfied with the level of experience demonstrated, the bidding Contractor will be excluded from the process.
