Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, advocates and partners, to gather intelligence and build situational awareness. Respond to ministerial and programme priorities and lead the response to high volume commissions on behalf of the programme. Lead the creation and management of the business readiness criteria across the programme. Lead and assure the go/no go decision points. Own the change and readiness plan for the programme and provide input and integration into the overall plan. Evaluate the effectiveness of the team against objectives. Review lessons learned and compare with industry best practice to identify areas for improvement. Provide leadership, direction and guidance to team. Ensure that individual and organisational learning and talent development opportunities are fully exploited in order to enhance organisational capability.
