Panels to be fixed to timber battens fixed over 'DECRA' underlay, fit new rainwater goods and vertical cladding panels, alter existing extract ventilation ducts & connect to new outlets in vertical cladding panels (in conjunction with M&E specialist). Remove scaffold. NOTE: The Contractor is required to be a 'DECRA' approved contractor in order to be able to provide, in association with DECRA, a 40 year guarantee (materials) and 10 year guarantee (workmanship) for the works. The form of contract to be used will be the JCT Minor Works (without Contractor's Design) 2016 with Lancaster University Special Conditions.
