Background The Trust currently provides Mental Health, Community Services, Learning Disability and Addiction services from a wide range of close to 70 sites across the City of Hull and the East Riding of Yorkshire. The Trust also provides community and out of hours services in Whitby and the surrounding area and Forensic Services to patients from the wider Yorkshire and Humber area. The strategic intent of the Trust is to provide services in a more efficient, cost effective, person-centred and agile manner. The Trust is seeking to engage a sub-contractor to provide Consultant led diagnostic services at the Alfred Bean Hospital site situated in Driffield, East Yorkshire to support a range of outpatient clinics, GP direct access and a minor injuries unit.
