## Notice

There appear to be significant benefits in meeting its priorities if the Council looks to develop a vehicle that would support construction and development. The two key aims are: 1. Speeding up the delivery of new housing and employment developments 2. Generating a financial return for the Council, whether this be revenue (including rental income), or capital, or both.
