Project Managers & Cost Consultants) and Clerk of Works to provide construction consultancy services during their c.450m GBP 4-year development programme (c.200m GBP of this value will be attributed to Connected's projects, c.150m GBP to S106 projects (for Lot 2 & Lot 3 only) and c.100m GBP to additional framework users (see VI.3)).Connected focuses primarily on new build accommodation for private rent, private sale, intermediate, shared ownership and affordable rent through both Connected-led and Section 106 schemes. They also deliver regeneration schemes.
