A contract will be awarded for an initial referral period of four (4) years (plus an initial implementation period of up to 10 weeks), with the option to extend by up to an additional two (2) years. There will a payment tail of 332 days following the referral period. The anticipated value for the Programme for the initial four years + additional two years will be PS50,117,210 exc. VAT (PS60,140,652 inc. VAT) across both AtW: MHSS Contracts. The requirement will be procured through a "Mini-Competition" through the National Lot on the DWP's Commercial Agreement for the provision of Employment and Health Related Services ("CAEHRS"). CAEHRS is a framework-style agreement for services listed in Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. This opportunity is restricted to suppliers who are registered on the National Lot (Lot 8) of CAEHRS. No supplier may be awarded a contract under more than one Lot.
