The purpose of this soft market testing exercise is to determine whether or not there is sufficient interest in the market place for the delivery of Local Community Services from existing, as well as, new providers, to inform future commissioning and the development/refinement of service specifications. The Council is also keen to explore ways in which the Council can improve cost effectiveness and health outcomes from Local Community Services. Any questions in relation to this Questionnaire must be submitted through the Delta e-sourcing portal by no later than 12:00 noon on 13th August 2016.
