More detail on the requirements are defined in 'Section 3 - Specification' of the Tender document. Please read through the tender document linked to from this notice, and complete and submit Schedules 1 to 6 no later than Tuesday 8th May at 5pm. Additional information: The deadline for queries in relation to this tender is May 2nd 2018. A site map is available on request. The Evaluation will be split into two distinct stages: Selection criteria (Mandatory Requirements and Skills and Experience) and Award Criteria (Delivery and Price). Mandatory Requirements are evaluated as a Pass/Fail. Only those tenders that pass the Mandatory Requirements AND gain a minimum score of 12% Skills and Experience will go on to be evaluated on Delivery and Price.
