Under FMRP, SL is seeking services for the design, supply and installation of four significant items of plant which include: A. Flask paint removal facility B. Flask paint application facility C. Flask machining facility D. Information is required on the proposed significant items of plant (including weight, spatial requirements, service requirements). There are also design and construction work packages associated with enabling and building works, to ensure existing buildings are ready for plant installation and operation. Suppliers outside existing SL frameworks are encouraged to undertake these work packages. Consideration will be made if Suppliers demonstrate the ability or willingness to partner with other organisations to provide a combined service package, which might include all four items of plant and thus one route of supply for the Project.
