The successful supplier will be responsible for - Maintaining a working environment for the building users and tenants that fulfils Blackpool Council's (BC) obligations as defined in the lease(s). - Maintaining the boilers and associated equipment in good working order and to protect the value of Blackpool Council's assets. - Making adequate arrangements for the Health and Safety of persons in or around the buildings and to fulfil all safety requirements particularly in regard to the Health & Safety at Work etc. Act. 1974. Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor/s who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender.
