## Notice

Lot 8 - Activity Planning Consultant The project will be delivered in two stages: Stage 1: Scheme and Detailed Design Development (RIBA Work Stages 2 & 3) Stage 2: Project Delivery (RIBA Work Stages 4 to 7). Progression to Stage 2 is subject to receipt of HLF Round 2 funding.
