The Architect will provide materials for the Council to consult with stakeholders and following feedback, prepare a specification on the chosen elements, to include bill of quantities and estimated costs, in support of a report to Committee in February to sign off a subsequent works tender in April 2019. The Council reserves the right not to accept any of the Quotes received. Potential Architects are advised to read the Quote documents carefully to ensure that they are fully familiar with the nature and extent of the obligations to be accepted by them if their Quote is accepted by the Council.
