The aim is to ensure accurate and unbiased views of services are ascertained from Service Users, and to lead to improvements in services, in line with customer views. The Council has a maximum budget of PS12,658.00 per annum. The Contract will be for a period of up to 3 years and will commence on 1 April 2020. This is subject to annual review and satisfactory performance and funding availability.
