The estimated build value is PS20M. The appointment of Architect and Principal Designer services will be via a two-stage appointment. Stage one will be the conceptual design, taking the proposals through consultation and the pre planning application stage. Stage two will follow on from the pre planning stage and will involve the detailed design, submission of the planning application and gaining the grant of planning approval. Should the scheme proposals not proceed past the pre planning stage, the Architect will not be appointed for stage two.
