It is seeking to procure Hard, Soft FM Services and Managed Services. The initial portfolio of assets that the Council is procuring services for are: 1. Chiswick Green - Office building 2. Egham Business Park - Multi let industrial estate 3. Addlestone One - Town centre retail and leisure development scheme. Item 1 will form the basis of the initial contract award and further call off task orders for items 2 and 3 is expected to follow during the duration of the contract. The appointed Supplier will be required to enter into a contract directly with the Authority, or its subsidiaries, for a term of 5 years plus option to renew for a further term of up to 3 years.
