The case for direct award can be found on the tender portal. HEE is seeking a provider to host a series of facilitated workshops to bring together interested organisations. HEE believes that it is highly unlikely for any other supplier to be able to provide the following skills/tools provided by NHS Horizons as a current supplier for the following reasons: already have the necessary links in orthoptic educational provision and therefore will be able to undertake this work * NHS Horizons is a specialist team within the Improvement Directorate of NHS England and NHS Improvement. * NHS Horizons supports leaders of change, teams, organisations and systems to think differently about large-scale change, improve collaboration, and accelerate change.
