The contract is a framework agreement with a single operator, which will not be open to other purchasers, and is for an initial contract period of 24 months including an option for the Authority to extend for up to a further 24 months. As this is a Framework Agreement there is no guarantee of any orders being placed or the PS4.9M maximum Limit of Liability being reached.
