Two significant areas of community amenity are provided within the development, together with private amenity space in the shape of private rear gardens for the houses and balconies for the flats. The scheme will also include hard and soft landscaping, mains services and car parking. A Planning Application has been submitted for the scheme and determination of the application is expected during the first week in October 2018.
