## Notice

GC Business Growth Hub wishes to appoint a number of providers to enter into a Framework Contract for the hire of meeting rooms in the Greater Manchester area as required by GC Business Growth Services. We require venues within the following post codes areas: - Postcode area 'M1', M2, M3 and M4 Providers must be able to offer both types of meeting space specified below a) Small Meeting Rooms (up to 4 people) b) Meeting Rooms (up to 20 people) The contract period will be for the period from the 1st June 2022 until the 30th September 2023 with an option, to extend for a further 6 months. The likely value of activity under this framework is estimated to be in the region of PS50,000 excluding Vat The maximum value of this contract, including an extension cannot exceed PS80,000 excluding Vat. However, GM Business Support Limited cannot guarantee this level of spend during the life of the contract.
