It will be achieved through continuing outreach and positive action activities to encourage applications from under-represented groups which currently include those from Lower socio-economic backgrounds (Lower SEB), Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) backgrounds and those with disabilities. The team requires diversity outreach partners with specific expertise in accessing, engaging and influencing hard to reach diverse groups to our following programmes: - Fast Stream (graduate programme) - SDIP (Summer Diversity Internship programme) - EDIP (Early Diversity Internship programme) - Fast Track (apprenticeship programme) - Crown Commercial Service, as the Agent, intends to put in place contracts for the provision of RM6106 Diversity Outreach Services for use by the Cabinet Office. Additional information: The Services are to be provided using the following lot structure: Lot 1: Attraction and recruitment of Ethnic minority/Lower SEB candidates The scope of this work will include: - Targeting Ethnic minorities and Lower SEB's candidates from the eligible pool - for our FSET programmes. These can be found at www.faststream.gov.uk - Awareness raising of the programmes, delivering social media campaigns, outreach events, providing skills development and producing reports, management information on activity and tracking. Lot 2: Attraction and recruitment of Disabled candidates The scope of this work will include: - Targeting Disabled candidates from the eligible pool for our FSET programmes. These can be found at www.faststream.gov.uk - Awareness raising of the programmes, delivering social media campaigns, outreach events, providing skills development and producing reports, management information on activity and tracking. Lot 3: Coaching of diverse candidates The scope of this work will include: - Providing bespoke 1-2-1 coaching of diverse candidates in the eligible pool or SDIP and potentially other FSET programmes. These can be found at www.faststream.gov.uk. This procurement will be handled electronically using the Agent's eSourcing Suite, which can be accessed at https://crowncommercialservice.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html Price is not the only award criterion and the entire criteria can only be found in the procurement documents.
