## Notice

We are looking for either a single supplier or a collaboration of suppliers that can provide consultancy expertise to develop and assist in the roll out the above framework. This will support the following priorities within our Council Strategy: * Support everyone to reach their full potential * Ensure our vulnerable children and adults achieve better outcomes.
