The primary objective of the RSI Fund is to help people sleeping rough off the streets; help those who have moved off the streets to successfully progress away from rough sleeping; and prevent those in crisis, and at imminent risk, from sleeping rough. The WMCA is therefore seeking submissions from relevant organisations to deliver outcomes through the RSI Fund 2020-21 made up of 6 different Lots. The contract for each Lot will be based on the Memorandum of Understanding document.
