## Summary

The Kirklees Integrated Healthy Child Programme (KIHCP) is a public procurement initiative led by Kirklees Council to enhance children's mental and emotional health services in the Yorkshire and the Humber region. The contract, which has an estimated value of £53,785,390, was awarded on 19 December 2016 and is scheduled to run from 1 April 2017 to 31 March 2022. This procurement process was executed through an open method, with the tender period concluding on 7 November 2016.

This tender represents significant opportunities for businesses in the health and social work services sector, particularly those focused on child health and wellbeing interventions. Enterprises that can offer innovative and integrated service delivery models, such as health visiting, school nursing, and mental health services, will find themselves well-positioned to compete in this initiative. The collaborative nature emphasized by the contracting authority may also favour organisations that can forge partnerships with other providers to deliver comprehensive solutions.
