## Notice

The construction works are to be completed in two sections with the finished building ready for occupation by the client on the date of practical completion of Section 1 and the car park available for use at the end of Section 2. The Principal Contractor to use the JCT Standard Building Sub-Contract with sub-contractor's design (SBCSub/D/C) 2016 Edition for the design, manufacture and installation of the timber frame. Your submitted tender must include the completed Tender Return Form, Schedule of Works, Contractors Questionnaire and construction programme. Tenders submitted without these documents will be assessed as being incomplete and will be declined. Tender evaluation criteria will be based on the following: 1. Compliance 2. Quality 3. Cost
