The provision is intended to cater for regional and/ or national taxi, private hire and coach requirements for Business Travel, Commercial use and Public Services and will be available via a DPS platform. This DPS is to meet the requirements of regional provisions. The structure of this DPS and full service provision will be determined as a result of the market engagement.
