## Notice

Rugby Borough Council is seeking a contractor(s) to carry out its roofing requirements for the Property Repairs Service. This opportunity is split into two Lots: Lot 1 - Pitched Roofing Lot 2 - Flat Roofing Tenderers are able to submit a tender for either, one or both of the Lots. Each Lot shall be evaluated independently against the evaluation criteria, therefore depending upon the evaluation outcome, the council may appoint a different contractor for each Lot, or a single contractor to cover both Lots.
