Housing 21 intends to operate this contract alongside our larger scale complete scheme refurbishment programme. Under this contract kitchens and / or shower rooms will be replaced predominately in void properties but also in occupied flats where required. These works will typically be undertaken one flat at a time rather than multiple flats simultaneously.
