The service will support young people aged 18- 25 who have a recent history of rough sleeping. The Service will work with those who are experiencing multiple disadvantage to sustain accommodation placements and prevent a return to rough sleeping. The service should be available 6 days a week and operate at times defined by the needs of the young people it is working with. This is likely to include late afternoons, evenings and some weekends. The service will be funded until March 2026, and consist of 3 FTE staff. Building on the success of previous RSI funded services, this service should employ at least 1 staff with lived experience of homelessness or multiple disadvantage. The service should provide recovery-based support, in the form of intensive engagement and comprehensive responsive support across a range of settings to aimed at reducing the likelihood of a return to rough sleeping.
