This includes reviewing and refining existing change management collateral, overseeing the delivery of Change Impact Assessments, Change Plans, People Transition Plans and Communications Plans across departments and Arm's-Length Bodies and assuring departmental readiness through collaborative governance and stakeholder engagement. The supplier will deliver technical expertise for communications across internal, departmental, and senior sponsor audiences, covering campaigns, newsletters, intranet content while ensuring robust metrics for tracking effectiveness and continuous improvement. Additionally, the supplier will plan, coordinate, and deliver programme-level events, support content development and reporting, and track event success through agreed metrics to evidence impact and support transparency requirements.
