## Notice

TfL is seeking to engage the market early in regards to future agreements to support TfL's Facilities Maintenance Contract and allow the award of work packages across various asset areas - Fire, Mechanical and Electrical, and Premises Maintenance. The award of individual work packages to approved and appointed suppliers shall be known as "Additional Works". The following areas could be covered: Fire - asset replacement, install of new systems, decommissioning of existing assets M&E - asset replacement, install of new systems, decommissioning of existing assets Premises Maintenance - welfare works, painting and decorating, roofing works, building fabric, water ingress. Suppliers are requested to express their interest, via email to SupplierStrategy@tfl.gov.uk, by Friday 26th January 2018, completing the electronic questionnaire by Wednesday 31st January 2018. A separate Contract Notice will be issued as a call for competition to invite suppliers to participate in the tendering process.
