The award of individual work packages to approved and appointed suppliers shall be known as "Additional Works". The following areas could be covered: Fire - asset replacement, install of new systems, decommissioning of existing assets M&E - asset replacement, install of new systems, decommissioning of existing assets Premises Maintenance - welfare works, painting and decorating, roofing works, building fabric, water ingress. Suppliers are requested to express their interest, via email to SupplierStrategy@tfl.gov.uk, by Friday 26th January 2018, completing the electronic questionnaire by Wednesday 31st January 2018.
