The Provider will render his or her contract directly to the Purchaser. It is the duty of the Purchaser to make any arrangements to recover funeral costs from the estate of the deceased, where this is practicable. The Service will also be open to anyone who has to arrange the funeral for a deceased resident of the Borough, who is to be buried at one of the Borough's Cemeteries or Cremated at Hollinwood Crematorium.
