Organising stakeholder events * Representing the regional area and its energy system; spatial mapping; identifying relevant data sources and analysing them; reviewing outputs with stakeholders * Modelling options for the future to decarbonise the regional area; establishing potential scenarios and modelling approaches with stakeholders; modelling a range of costed options and assessing them * Refining scenarios and selecting pathways through techno-economic analysis; evaluating wider factors; engagement with stakeholders * Assessing national, regional and local policy at the level of government and key stakeholders * Desk research and overview of consumer acceptance of and preference for different technologies, based on income quintiles/deciles * Creating LAEPs for the four LAs * Ensuring that all five LAEPs are aligned in terms of topics addressed and cross-boundary opportunities * Drafting an overview report of the LAEPs for the five LAs (including Calderdale).
